Luego del hecho su conductor se dio a la fuga. En horas de la noche del mismo d\u00eda el hombre se present\u00f3 en la comisar\u00eda junto al due\u00f1o del rodado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Horas m\u00e1s tarde, luego de un operativo de b\u00fasqueda del hombre que guiaba el cami\u00f3n Mercedes Benz que arroll\u00f3 al menor 5 a\u00f1os, se present\u00f3 en la Comisar\u00eda 1 de Arist\u00f3bulo del valle Jos\u00e9 R., de 36 a\u00f1os, quien conduc\u00eda el rodado al momento del accidente, junto al propietario del mismo.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, se realizaron consultas con el Juzgado de Instrucci\u00f3n Dos de Ober\u00e1 quien orden\u00f3 el secuestro del veh\u00edculo para fines periciales y se notifique de la causa al conductor.
