Actualmente el ex concejal est\u00e1 detenido en la comisar\u00eda de San Vicente.<\/p>\n<p>Las v\u00edctimas ser\u00edan la hija y la nieta de Schwarz. Los ex\u00e1menes m\u00e9dicos comprobaron lesiones compatibles con el abuso. Ya en junio del a\u00f1o pasado su esposa present\u00f3 una denuncia en sede policial contra su pareja por \u201cgolpes y amenazas\u201d. Beatriz Daube relat\u00f3 en esa oportunidad que el ex concejal la atac\u00f3 en forma verbal y f\u00edsicamente en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica, adem\u00e1s la amenaz\u00f3 de muerte.
