De acuerdo a la denuncia, el acusado la golpe\u00f3 en el rostro y en otras partes del cuerpo, y luego la atac\u00f3 sexualmente. Seguidamente se dio a la fuga.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Tras el ataque, la jubilada di\u00f3 aviso a las autoridades, quienes ubicaron al sospechoso caminando a la altura del kil\u00f3metro 864, de la ruta nacional 14. Pese al intento de fuga, fue alcanzado, reducido y detenido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <br>El juez de Instrucci\u00f3n 2 de Ober\u00e1, Horacio Alarc\u00f3n, indag\u00f3 al sospechoso, quien se abstuvo de declarar. Posteriormente, fue imputado por el delito de \u201cabuso sexual con acceso carnal\u201d.
