(49) -acusado de abusar de una alumna de s\u00e9ptimo grado- di\u00f3 su declaraci\u00f3n indagatoria ante el titular del Juzgado de Instrucci\u00f3n Penal Uno, en la cual desminti\u00f3 las acusaciones en su contra. Sin embargo, en base a los elementos que se tienen hasta el momento y de manera provisoria, el juez Cardozo dispuso que se le impute la acusaci\u00f3n de \u201cabuso sexual simple\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El imputado seguir\u00e1 alojado en la Brigada de Investigaciones hasta tanto existan otras novedades en relaci\u00f3n a su futuro procesal. Por otro lado, la v\u00edctima de 13 a\u00f1os declar\u00f3 ayer en C\u00e1mara Gesell el abuso que sufri\u00f3 en manos del transportista escolar.
