Lo decidi\u00f3 el juez de Instrucci\u00f3n Seis de Posadas, Ricardo Balor, quien considera que hay riesgos procesales de fuga o entorpecimiento de la investigaci\u00f3n si libera al sospechoso.<\/p>\n<p>Amarilla muri\u00f3 tras ser disparado por polic\u00edas de la Comisar\u00eda D\u00e9cima en un operativo llevado adelante el 1 de julio en el barrio A3-2. El oficial David Villalba declar\u00f3 que su subordinado dispar\u00f3 sin recibir orden, sin embargo Soley asegur\u00f3 que abri\u00f3 fuego para evitar que el ex convicto acuchillara a Villalba.
