Por el hecho, el menor se encuentra demorado.<\/p>\n<p>El denunciante descubri\u00f3 que su hija hab\u00eda sido sometida sexualmente por un vecino de 17 a\u00f1os en dos oportunidades, luego que \u00e9ste le invitara a tomar helado. Seg\u00fan el testimonio del padre, el menor le hab\u00eda pedido permiso para llevar a su hija hasta el centro de San Vicente a tomar un helado. Sin embargo, el adolescente la llev\u00f3 hasta su casa y la viol\u00f3. Inclusive luego del ataque sexual, el imputado se habr\u00eda burlado de ella.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente, el acusado la hizo subir a un autom\u00f3vil donde la volvi\u00f3 a someter sexualmente. La comisar\u00eda inici\u00f3 los tr\u00e1mites legales y comunic\u00f3 el caso al Juzgado Correccional de Menores 1 de Ober\u00e1.
