B. (51). A ra\u00edz del impacto el conductor de la moto perdi\u00f3 la vida en el acto. En tanto que el ch\u00f3fer del cami\u00f3n dio resultado negativo al test de alcoholemia. El Magistrado interviniente dispuso que el cuerpo sea entregado a sus familiares para posterior velatorio e inhumaci\u00f3n.
