Ayer por la tarde fueron llevados ante el juez de Instrucci\u00f3n Uno, Marcelo Cardozo, para la indagatoria. Se trata de Hermido Daniel L\u00f3pez (53), novio de la due\u00f1a de la casa (19, de la manzana 26) donde ocurri\u00f3 el crimen, y de un vecino identificado como Diego Silva de 34.<\/p>\n<p>La familia del adolescente y sus amigos afirman que el menor tuvo una discusi\u00f3n con L\u00f3pez y que este, lo ahorc\u00f3 con la complicidad de Silva. Por su parte, L\u00f3pez sostuvo otra historia cuando fue arrestado. Indic\u00f3 que Padilla y cuatro amigos le quisieron robar la moto y que \u00e9l defendi\u00f3 lo suyo.
