{"id":1422600,"date":"2024-09-12T10:36:30","date_gmt":"2024-09-12T13:36:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lavozdemisiones.com\/?p=1422600"},"modified":"2024-09-12T11:00:55","modified_gmt":"2024-09-12T14:00:55","slug":"detienen-a-profesor-de-musica-denunciado-por-abuso-en-obera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lavozdemisiones.com\/?p=1422600","title":{"rendered":"Detienen a profesor de m\u00fasica denunciado por abuso en Ober\u00e1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Un profesor de m\u00fasica de 35 a\u00f1os fue detenido ayer al mediod\u00eda en Ober\u00e1, luego de una denuncia radicada en su contra por un hecho de <strong>abuso sexual<\/strong> perpetrado contra una adolescente de 17.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">De acuerdo a lo consignado por fuentes consultadas, la presentaci\u00f3n contra el docente fue realizada por el padre de la v\u00edctima, quien sostuvo que el ataque sexual se dio en el marco de un taller de m\u00fasico realizado en un establecimiento educativo de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/LaVozdeMisiones\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ciudad<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">La denuncia apunt\u00f3 contra el docente identificado como <strong>Luis Alberto M.<\/strong> (35), cuya detenci\u00f3n fue ordenada por el magistrado <strong>Pedro Benito Piris<\/strong>, a cargo del Juzgado de Instrucci\u00f3n Uno de Ober\u00e1. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">El procedimiento se concret\u00f3 ayer al mediod\u00eda, cuando agentes de la Divisi\u00f3n Investigaciones de la Unidad Regional II de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lavozdemisiones.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">i<\/a> irrumpieron en el domicilio del implicado para concretar su detenci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">La causa se investiga bajo los cargos de \u201cabuso sexual simple\u201d y se prev\u00e9 que en las pr\u00f3ximas horas el docente acusado sea citado a prestar declaraci\u00f3n indagatoria ante el magistrado que lleva adelante la causa. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un profesor de m\u00fasica de 35 a\u00f1os fue detenido ayer al mediod\u00eda en Ober\u00e1, luego de una denuncia radicada en su contra por un hecho de abuso sexual perpetrado contra una adolescente de 17.
