{"id":1377904,"date":"2021-11-12T12:00:30","date_gmt":"2021-11-12T15:00:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lavozdemisiones.com\/?p=1377904"},"modified":"2021-11-12T12:00:30","modified_gmt":"2021-11-12T15:00:30","slug":"iguazu-realizan-aborto-a-nina-mbya-de-11-anos-y-detienen-a-su-padrastro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lavozdemisiones.com\/?p=1377904","title":{"rendered":"Iguaz\u00fa: realizan aborto a ni\u00f1a mbya de 11 a\u00f1os y detienen a su padrastro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Una ni\u00f1a mbya, de 11 a\u00f1os, integrante de la comunidad <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/lavozdemisiones\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fort\u00edn<\/a> Mboror\u00e9, fue abusada por su padrastro y se le practic\u00f3 un Interrupci\u00f3n Legal del Embarazo (IVE), en el hospital Samic de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lavozdemisiones.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Puerto Iguaz\u00fa<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>La menor fue ingresada al nosocomio el pasado 5 de noviembre con un embarazo de 5 meses.<\/p>\n<p>Fueron los agentes sanitarios guaran\u00edes quienes detectaron el estado de la ni\u00f1a y la llevaron hasta el nosocomio local, donde se activ\u00f3 el Protocolo para las Personas con Derecho a la Interrupci\u00f3n Legal del Embarazo.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan confirm\u00f3 una fuente judicial a La Voz de Misiones, ya se le realiz\u00f3 la ILE a la ni\u00f1a y \u201cest\u00e1 s\u00faper bien\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Desde el hospital realizaron la denuncia correspondiente en la Comisar\u00eda de la Mujer y se dio intervenci\u00f3n al Juzgado de Instrucci\u00f3n Tres, a cargo del magistrado Mart\u00edn Brites.<\/p>\n<p>Por el hecho, est\u00e1 detenido preventivamente el padrastro de la menor, \u201cacusado de abuso sexual con acceso carnal agravado\u201d, detall\u00f3 la fuente.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, cont\u00f3 que el acusado, que pertenece a la misma comunidad, fue indagado y se abstuvo de declarar.
